Quilt filling production line
1.Production line description
The production line consists of: electronic weighing bale opener, pre-opener, vibrating cotton feeding box, carding machine, cross-lapper, oven, trimming and winding machine. The electronic weighing and opening machine realizes the ratio of different raw materials, and the raw fiber is loosened by the pre-opener to make the raw fiber material fluffy. Then vibrate the mixing box to make the raw materials more uniform. Secondly, the fiber is combed by the carding machine and enters the cross-lapper in a net shape. The layers of the cross-lapper are flattened, and the conveyor belt drives the fiber to enter the oven evenly. The oven is heated to make the hot-air cotton fluffy. Finally, the hot air cotton is finalized through the trimming machine.
