Application
The needling machine is mainly used in the production line of nonwoven products, which is an essential part in the production process of nonwoven products.
Can be used in the production of geotextile, automotive interior, industrial felt, filter material, coating substrate, carpet substrate, insulation blanket, thermal blanket, footwear materials, etc.
The main drive of the needling machine drives the needle beam, the needle plate and the needle up and down through the crank-connecting rod mechanism.
The fluffy mesh is carried into the acupuncture area under a feeding curtain clamp.
When the needle plate moves downward, the needle penetrates the fiber net, which is close to the tray.
When the needle plate moves up, the friction between the fiber net and the needles causes the fiber net and the needles to move up together, and the fiber net is close to the stripping plate. Feeding and output speed match, can be intermittent step, can also be continuous movement. After the fiber network passes through the acupuncture area, it has a certain strength, density and thickness.
